A code of judicial ethics as a signpost and a beacon: on virtuous judgecraft and Dutch climate litigation

This paper analyses the role of a code ethics for judges in connection to contemporary definition responsive ‘T-shaped’ judicial professionalism and professional-ethical questions which can arise decision-making regarding politically societally controversial issues.
